Q: How hot does this hair dryer get? I m' looking for something both powerful and HOT.
A: This hair dryer offers four precise heat settings: room temperature, 60℃ (140℉), 90℃ (190℉), and 120℃ (250℉). With these settings, you can choose the level of heat that suits your needs. It combines powerful performance with high heat to ensure efficient drying and styling.
Q: would this dryer leave your hair soft and shiny when using the diffuser? or only when without the diffuser?
A: Our Ionic hair dryer is designed to emit negative ions that break down water molecules on your hair, resulting in faster drying and reduced frizz and static. When used with the diffuser attachment, it further enhances these benefits by distributing heat evenly, which helps to define curls or waves while maintaining softness and shine. This combination ensures that your hair remains smooth and lustrous, regardless of whether you're using the diffuser or not.
Q: Does the hair dryer have a retractable cord?
A: Unfortunately, this model does not feature a retractable cord. It comes with a standard-length 2.5M cord for convenience, but it does not retract. For easy storage, you may need to manually coil the cord or use a cord wrap if available. However, we're excited to announce that we're actively exploring options for a retractable cord in future releases.
Q: Is this dryer ceramic?
A: Our hair dryer does not feature a ceramic heating element. Instead, it utilizes a brushless DC motor (BLDC) to deliver efficient, consistent, and controlled airflow. This advanced motor technology ensures a lightweight design and enhances energy efficiency, providing a powerful performance while remaining easy to handle and use.
